Love Kavahol as a replacement for standard alcoholic drinks! Can't get enough of the ginger taste.

My husband and I have been really enjoying drinking KavaHol. I’m so happy I discovered this new drink.

Having tried this, I really don’t think going with ginger as the primary flavor was the best move. This stuff is so bitter that it overwhelms anything you put it in regardless of concentration, and the spiciness from the ginger only accentuates that. I had to basically drink this mixed only with lemon juice and flavored syrup like a Sour in order to even stomach it. It IS high-quality kava, though, and provided a very good experience- I’ll give it a star for that. But the flavor was so bad that I can’t bring myself to try it again. Hopefully, they’ll release this in other, sweeter, tarter flavors that do a better job at countering the bitterness of the kava.

I love the spicy ginger taste. But I haven't felt much effect after 2 bottles.. Not being able to feel any effect may be due to reverse tolerance & not lack of a quality product. I'm undecided if I'll give this another try or not. Taste is unique & enjoyable though.
